Senior Health Services includes a variety of programs, with the goal of maintaining Henry County elderly or handicapped individuals in their homes as long as possible.

Home Care Aide

Please call us with any questions. We provide an assessment by an RN at no cost. Subsequent fees are based on income.
  • The Home Care Aides are members of the Public Health team, and are specially trained to perform personal care and homemaking in the home.
  • These duties may include: bathing, shampooing, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, shopping, food preparation, and respite care.
  • Home Care Aides are assigned and supervised by an R.N. Program Coordinator.
  • Provide safety checks for clients whose families do not live nearby.

Adult Health Maintenance

  • This program provides R.N. visits to persons not eligible for care through a Medicare certified agency.
  • Home visits are provided to set up medications, do health assessments, blood draws for lab tests, and other health interventions.
