The services offered are free to all Henry County parents with children 0-5 years of age. A variety of services and programs are available for families with young children.

This is an Early Childhood Iowa funded program. Through state and federal funding, our Early Childhood Iowa area supports programs for families in Henry County with children 0-5 years of age. The Early Childhood Iowa mission is to ensure that every child, beginning at birth, will be healthy and successful.
