together... learning. caring. strengthening. protecting.

We are one of twenty six counties working on the Iowa Community Transformation grant. This grant focuses on improving cardiovascular health through worksite wellness, improving walkability and bike-ability in the community, healthy eating initiatives, smoke-free multi-unit housing, promoting routine screenings and more. If you are a business, restaurant, or convenience store and would like to participate to make positive changes to help improve the health of our community contact Lindsay Remick, Wellness Coordinator at 319-385-6595.
